1. What area do you cover?

Currently we are able to cover any wedding located in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor excluding Kuala Selangor, Sabak Bernam, etc. Though if you're really interested in our works but the ceremony is outside of the listed area, we can do our best to provide a service depending on the package, date and location.

2. How do you Prefer to communicate?

WhatsApp messaging is our primary method of communication, as it enables us to make faster decisions and provide timely updates. We are available during office hours for any calls and replies.

For Further Consultation, a google meet can be arranged depend on availability.

3. What kind of service do you provide?

We offer a range of services, from small options like catering, canopies, and Nikah ceremonies to complete wedding packages that includes everything from wedding decorations, to grooming for the bride and groom.

4. Do you charge for the Initial consultation?

No we don't. First initial consolation starts the moment you get in contact with our consultants ether through a call or over WhatsApp. They will provide you with the information that you ask of them.

5. What kind of topics will be discussed on the first initial consultation?

We will Start with what kind of service that you are interested with us and from there we can discuss further for any modification and personalisation that you want to make.

6. Will I be able to make any changes to selected packages?

Yes, you are free to modify the items that are within the packages. Such, if you are not happy with any items that is part of the package, it can be removed and KHK will reduce the charges depending on the items.

7. How will I know if the food will suit my wedding?

We Provide a free food tasting Package. Packed in a box suitable for 4-5 pax.

8. Do you charge any transportation Fee?

Transportation charge is free within 35km radius from our office. Any area that is outside of the radius will be discussed further.

9. What is your experience as a wedding planner?

KHK Katering & wedding Planner has been providing wedding services for 4 years. Previously. KHK was closely involved in the wedding industry by primarily offering Catering Services which lead to experience for this industry.
